Graffiti Quilting

Posted by

This will be my quickest blog post ever, although I am overdue for sharing a few more of the many beautiful quilts that have come my way.

I love this style of quilting and have bought several books to learn how to do it. A few weeks ago we had Christina Comeli zoom in with the Etobicoke Quilt Guild where she gave a great presentation/trunkshow outlining her method of layering and building different quilt motifs. If you also love this quilting style and want to learn how to do it with confidence please join the Etobicoke Quilt Guild when we host an afternoon workshop on March 4. See details below.

Here is another photo of my attempt at free motion graffiti quilting after reading her books, I am sure after taking Christina’s workshop I will be able to step it up a notch. She teaches this for domestic sewing machines and she has a very calm and and encouraging teaching style. I hope to “virtually” see a few of you there.
